Cinnamon has been well-known as specious spices with munti-fuctions for human health since ancient time. Being one of the big source of this spice in the world Vietnam has been a main supplier of cinnamon products. Our cinnamon has more intensive aroma and higher oil content compared with the same products from China and Indonesia.
From three main varieties of materials including cinnamon grade A, grade B and grade C our products are processed into many kinds such as split cinnamon, broken cinnamon, ground cinnamon, tube (whole) cinnamon, specially cut cinnamon, etc. Each kind of product has different specification and packing method.
Split cinnamon:
Materials: cinnamon C grade
Moisture: 13.5% max
Width: 2cm
Length: 35 – 40cm account for 80%
Packings: 10 – 20kgs/carton, 12 tons per 40’HC container
Broken cinnamon
Materials: cinnamon C grade
Moisture: 13.5% max
Length: 5 - 20cm
Packings: 10 - 20kgs/carton, 12 tons per 40’HC container
Ground cinnamon
Purity: 100% grinded from cinnamon bark
Size sieves: 60 holes/cm2
Moisture: 9.5% max
Oil content: 2%, 2.5%, 3%
Packing: 20kgs/PE/carton, 14 tons per 20’ container
Whole (tube) cinnamon: based on the thickness this kind of product is divided into two kinds:
* Type A:
Length: 35 – 40cm
Thickness: 2.2mm min
Moisture: 13.5% max
Packing: 0.6 kgs per PE bag, 30 bags per carton or 30kgs/carton, 12 tons per 40’HC container
* Type B:
Length: 35 – 40cm
Thickness: 1.8 -2.2mm
Moisture: 13.5% max
Packing: 0.6 kgs per PE bag, 30PE per carton or 30kgs/carton, 12 tons per 40’HC container
Besides the standard cinnamons mentioned above we can supply other varieties such as pressed tube cinnamon, pressed split cinnamon with much bigger quantity per container which may help buyers to minimize freight.
