– Chilli are washed and completely removed garbage and rotten
fruit then frozen at (-30⁰C) to (-40⁰C) then stored at (-18⁰C).
– Color: Natural Red
– Condition: stem or stemless, in freezing condition, no colouring, no
chemical
– Size: Small Size: 3-5cm; Medium size: 5-7cm; Large size: 7-9cm;
9-12cm, 12cm up.
– Shelf life: 24 months, stored at -18⁰C temperature.
– Quality: Export standards.
– Packing:
+ Air cargo: 0.5kg – 1kg – 2kg per pack x 20packs/carton, or as per
customer’s request.
+ Sea cargo: 500Gr – 1Kg – 5kg – 10kg – 20kg per pack.
– Container capacity: 8-10MTS/20’RF and 18-24MTS/40’HR.
